I’m not afraid of working hard and I’m selling a great product but sales were slow and I had no idea why – frustrating in the extreme. I did the Talent Profile and it started to make sense with a vengeance. The profile outlined the areas in which I excel and precisely where I need to improve. My favourite thing about it is that it, simple action to take to correct the areas where I’m not effective. The profile gave me simple actions that I take everyday. Sales are up, cashflow is up, the future is looking up. Most importantly, I know I’m addressing exactly what I need to address to get the results I want. I have recently started working with Gabriel on the recommendation of a colleague. I have completed the Career Compass programme. It has been a fascinating journey into understanding more about how I can reach my potential in life and work, Gabriel has been a patient, inquisitive and capable guide on that journey so far, and I think it is set to continue.
